The Royal College Red Cross Society was started in the year 1976 and since then has rendered a valuable service to College and the Community as a whole. The Red Cross Society attends all out door activities within school to provide First Aid services continuously.  This includes the Big Match, Sports Meet, Road Race etc.

Apart from these duties the Society organizes the Blood Donation Campaign annually. This was held for the 31st time this year.
